Alzheimer’s Orange County (AOC), Orange County’s leading provider of Alzheimer’s and dementia support services, held its 19th annual gala on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Pelican Hill Golf Pavilion. The gala, themed “Care Support Cure” —a summary of AOC’s three critical mission points—drew a crowd of nearly 300 of AOC’s most ardent supporters, and raised a record-breaking $387,822 for the organization.
Planning for this year’s gala was led by event chairs Dave and Eydie MacInnis, Marc Carlson and Dr. Jacque Lehn Dupont. These individuals have chaired Alzheimer’s Orange County’s gala in the past, and have each given to the organization in other significant capacities. Dr. Jacque Lehn Dupont, for example, sits on Alzheimer’s Orange County’s board of directors, and has dedicated 20 years of service to the organization.
