Vista Gardens Memory Care Program has been designed by memory care professionals under the leadership of Gerontologist Dr. Jacqueline L. Dupont.  Dr. DuPont is widely known for her expertise in the Memory Care field, with an emphasis in Alzheimer’s Disease.   Our care program at Vista Gardens is based on the most current research and education in the field of Aging including Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease, Mild Cognitive Impairment Parkinson’s Disease, Diabetes, and Nephrology.  Our Program includes the following:

• Extensive Pre-Admission Assessment
• 24 hour RN and LVN on site
• Medications given by licensed nurses
• Private Physician Exam Room
• Daily Charting of Condition
• Detailed Monthly Care Plan sent to Family
• Urinary Tract Infection Prevention Program
• Fall Prevention and Monitor Program
• Psychiatric Behavior Modification Plan
